Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a 12‑month contract in Pennington, NJ. The role drives strategic initiatives in Enterprise Credit, translating stakeholder needs into technical specs and supporting design across complex programs.

The candidate will lead business analysis, mentor juniors, and collaborate across business and technology teams to manage scope, risk, and solution delivery with Agile/HyperAgile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
• Experience translating business needs into technical specs.
• Strong Agile/SAFe delivery experience across programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define requirements for initiatives and BAU work.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage traceability and change.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to elicit and validate requirements.
• Lead build/buy evaluations and cost-benefit analyses.
• Elevate risks and support successful project implementation.
• Advocate Agile and HyperAgile solution delivery practices.
