Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management or FS Technology.
• Hands-on BSA on an Agile team, writing user stories and creating technical design documentation and system flows.
• Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive delivery.
• Experience supporting testing and implementation activities as part of end-to-end solution delivery.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and ready for execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Workplace Benefits business stakeholders and technology teams to define, analyze, and deliver technology solutions.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for Agile teams, including user stories and technical design documentation.
• Support testing and implementation activities across the full delivery lifecycle to drive successful outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to create system flows and other analysis artifacts that improve clarity and execution.
• Leverage GenAI and other modern tools to enhance analysis and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
