Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge end-users and technology teams. You will review complex systems, formulate solutions aligned with business strategy, and write detailed user needs and program functions.

Responsibilities include leading design sessions, documenting requirements, and guiding projects through to on-time delivery, including UAT and production support. Strong BA practices and DB/BI tool experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 8+ years of experience in business analysis or SME areas.
• Ability to define requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and BABOK practices.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL Server databases and BI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Interviews end-users to define business requirements for complex software changes.
• Translates requirements into functional specifications and manages changes.
• Facilitates design sessions and coordinates with technical teams on design issues.
• Documents business rules, system requirements, and reports.
• Leads projects to completion with progress updates to management.
• Performs user acceptance testing and supports production releases.
