Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to shape the future of our Applied Chiller business. You will bridge business and technology, own the product backlog, and lead a cross-functional team of developers and QA in a cloud-based platform initiative based at the New Freedom, PA facility.

The role requires 5+ years in product or systems analysis, strong Agile experience (SAFe, Kanban, Scrum) and proficiency with SQL, Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a technical field.
• 5+ years of product, business systems analysis or software development lifecycle experience.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Understanding of web and cloud applications, APIs and data integration.
• Preferred: SAFe, Kanban and Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements and delivery for a development team responsible for cloud-based equipment selection platforms.
• Own the product backlog and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with product management, engineering and sales to align needs.
• Validate delivered work against acceptance criteria and demonstrate to stakeholders.
• Plan dependencies and collaborate with Scrum teams and external resources.
• Provide 2nd-level support for tools and triage field issues to resolution.
• Maintain visibility of status, risks and delivery metrics.
