Uline is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the IT and analytical liaison to the Finance team, driving automation initiatives and reporting enhancements across the North American organization. You will apply advanced critical thinking to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy of business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python and related tools.
• Experience supporting technology or business improvement projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives, delivering solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Mentor and guide Business Systems Analysts, sharing expertise and feedback.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver reporting, workflow and system enhancements.
• Review solution designs, requirements, documentation and testing results to ensure business alignment.
• Tackle complex business and system challenges, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions with minimal disruption.
