Job summary

Uline is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to enhance finance processes and reporting solutions. You will partner with Finance teams to deliver automation and data-driven insights supporting strategic decisions for a growing company.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong SQL/Excel skills with VBA/Python and Power BI familiarity. This on-site position at our Pleasant Prairie offices emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python or other programming languages. Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve technology processes for the department, building efficiencies through automation and smart use of data.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve user issues to support Finance operations.
• Maintain and test various department software systems to ensure correct setup and reliable performance.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to deliver solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.
