Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Senior to join its Technology organization. You will be based in multiple offices including Dallas, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, and Denver, collaborating with business, product, and engineering teams to design API- and microservices-based solutions for mobile apps.

You will drive requirements, create BRDs/FRDs, and ensure data integrity across complex integrations, while working in an Agile/Scrum environment with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements and user stories.
• Translating business needs into clear functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Strong knowledge of mobile apps (iOS/Android) and API consumption patterns.

Responsibilities

• Participates in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
• Formulates and defines the system scope and objectives based on user needs.
• Directs business process improvement projects to enhance results.
• Documents system constraints and implications of changes.
• Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues.
