Job summary
PNC in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will support a rules engine platform affecting customer access, permissions, and product-related decisioning, translating requirements into Jira artifacts for Agile delivery.
Working with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, you will gather requirements, write user stories, and help ensure successful delivery while maintaining traceability and impact
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles (implied by Sr title)
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories and Jira artifacts
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and SDLC best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements for features and system changes within the rules engine platform
- Create and manage Jira stories, epics, tasks, and supporting docs for Agile delivery
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to ensure requirements are understood and delivered
- Assist in testing by validating requirements and reviewing delivered functionality
