Job summary

PGIM Private Capital is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive requirements, analysis, and delivery coordination across business units and IT teams in support of the IT&S roadmap.

You will conduct current and future-state process mapping, data analysis, and ensure alignment with Private Credit business needs while collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience focusing on business analysis and independent requirements delivery.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and backlog management.
• Proficient with Jira or similar tools for requirements and traceability.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation with business and tech stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate delivery activities across IT and business teams; assist with UAT planning.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivery results.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.
