You will translate business needs into clear requirements, collaborate with product owners and delivery teams, and guide complex investment accounting and reporting initiatives in a SAFe Agile environment. This is a hybrid role with Newark office and remote options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business or systems analysis experience delivering technology change in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, challenge and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and specifications; maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with technology leads to shape designs and ensure end-to-end system impacts are understood.
• Use SQL to investigate accounting, valuation and reference data and support decisions.
• Partner with QA to plan and execute testing across system, integration, and UAT.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning.
• Support data conversion, upgrades, data feeds and multi-platform integrations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation while maintaining sound judgment.
