Job summary

PGIM, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Analyst for Plan Accounting Technology to bridge Technology with Separate Account and Trust Operations, translating needs into clear requirements and guiding delivery on complex accounting platforms.

You will work on a SAFe Agile team with a mix of office-based and remote work from Newark, NJ. Strong SQL, data analysis, and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of business or systems analysis experience delivering technology change in financial services.
• Experience eliciting and documenting clear business and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications.
• Coordinate delivery across project teams and maintain a prioritized backlog with Product Owner.
• Analyze complex technology, data and processes; use SQL to investigate data and support decisions.
