Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a contract position with our client in Minneapolis, MN. This position is for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, translating data into actionable insights, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management activities for medium to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Strong technical analysis skills, including data mapping, data analysis, data mining, and source-to-target documentation.


• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.


• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or iterative project delivery methodologies.


• Experience with requirements planning prioritization, stakeholder analysis, and effort estimation.


• Financial services industry experience.


• Banking experience, including savings account products and related processes.


• Experience supporting money movement initiatives, payments, transfers, or related banking functions.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.


• Ability to work onsite in Minneapolis four days per week.

The base hourly range for this contract position is $55.00 - $85.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
