Job summary

Techgene Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Consultant to drive requirements gathering in a technology/government context. You will document requirements and user stories, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of BA experience, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with SDLC, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce. Certification in Salesforce BA is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related tech/government roles.
• Experience documenting requirements and user stories in projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication across technical, data, business, PM, leadership audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• SDLC knowledge is highly desired.
• Azure DevOps experience is highly desired.
• Salesforce platform experience with supporting business processes and eliciting/documenting requirements is highly desired.
• Collaboration with technical and business stakeholders in a Salesforce environment is highly desired.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certification is highly desired.
