Guidehouse is seeking an Organizational Coordinator to support the Defense Health Agency's Revenue Cycle Modernization and Innovation team. Support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Revenue Cycle Modernization and Innovation (RCMI) team by providing operational coordination, communications support, stakeholder engagement, and administrative oversight across multiple initiatives. Work closely with leadership, project teams, and clients to facilitate communication, monitor ongoing activities, support decision-making, and help ensure program priorities remain on track. Coordinate day-to-day business support activities in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift based on client needs, operational requirements, and organizational objectives. Assist with tracking action items, deliverables, and timelines to help keep programs and initiatives organized and moving forward. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, meeting materials, and other project-related information to support effective execution. Contribute to stakeholder communications and engagement efforts by helping coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration. Provide general administrative and operational support to improve efficiency and help the team respond to evolving business needs.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. Bachelor's degree THREE (3) years or more experience supporting program operations, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications, administration, or related functions. Ability to travel up to 25%.
Experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Military Health System (MHS), Department of Defense (DoD), or healthcare-related government programs. Demonstrated experience authoring SBARs or equivalent structured decision papers (staff summaries, point papers) for senior leadership decision-making — including the ability to take raw subject-matter-expert input and produce a concise one-page document suitable for senior leader signature. Experience utilizing ServiceNow for workflow management, ticket tracking, reporting, and dashboard development. Working knowledge of revenue cycle management, healthcare administration, patient administration, healthcare operations, or military health systems. Familiarity with MHS GENESIS. Experience supporting executive leadership and stakeholder engagement activities. Experience coordinating efforts across geographically dispersed organizations and teams. Knowledge of organizational governance, operational processes, and change management initiatives. CAPM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items, managing multiple priorities, and supporting leadership and stakeholder engagements. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to translate complex information into concise, actionable, and audience-appropriate communications. Experience managing trackers, staffing information, training records, operational reporting, and administrative processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated experience preparing executive briefings, PowerPoint presentations, status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
