Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Support Analyst in Redmond, WA (Hybrid 3 Days onsite – 2 Days Remote) for a 12-15 month engagement.

You will support the Redmond manufacturing team, troubleshoot SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso MES, and coordinate UAT with IT and operations. Ideal candidates have SAP experience, familiarity with production BOMs and work orders, and a background in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with running IT computer system User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• SAP skills and experience looking up Production BOM, Production workorders, and supporting computer systems to troubleshoot data setup, configuration that is preventing orders from flowing through the system.
• Experience working with on-site manufacturing Teams.

• Provides technical knowledge in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
• Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• Note: May be internal or external, client focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include companywide, web-enabled solutions.
• This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

• This position will be supporting the Redmond Manufacturing Team, in maintaining/troubleshooting our SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) computer systems.
