Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Analyst, IS Business Support in Redmond, WA to support SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso MES, and collaborate with IT on UAT testing, enhancements, and bug fixes.

The contractor will work across cross-functional teams, Troubleshooting data setup, BOMs, and production workorders to ensure orders flow smoothly in the manufacturing environment. Hybrid onsite/remote work with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Technical Engineering degrees in manufacturing, industrial, process engineering or CS.
• Experience with IT system UAT testing.
• SAP skills and understanding of BOMs and workorders; troubleshoot data setup.

Job Title: Senior Analyst, IS Business Support
Location: Redmond, Washington
Type: Contract
Compensation: $51-$56.67
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid-onsite and remote
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (3 onsite, 2 remote)

Overview

This position will be supporting the Redmond Manufacturing Team, in maintaining/troubleshooting our SAP ECC and DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) computer systems. In addition, they will work cross-functionally with IT teams to perform UAT testing, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Provides technical knowledge in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
• Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
• Designs details of automated systems.
• May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
• May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Technical Engineering degrees, such as Manufacturing/Industrial/Process Engineering or Computer Science
• Experience with running IT computer system User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• SAP skills, and experience looking up Production BOM, Production workorders, and supporting computer systems to troubleshoot data setup, configuration that is preventing orders from flowing through the system

Nice to Haves

• Working with cross functional teams in different time zones to review/debugging technical or process issues and provide coordination/tracking for resolving issues
• Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment under a Quality System, or other regulated industry.
• Experience with SAP ECC and Delmia Apriso 2020, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
