The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst for the ERP Workstream to support a major transformation initiative.

You will collaborate with Change Management, Program, Deployment, and Business teams to analyze readiness, plan communications, and enable business processes during deployment. Ideal candidates have ERP transformation experience, strong analytical abilities, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ year supporting a major organizational change or transformation.
• Experience with Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Lead Analyst - ERP Workstream to support a major ERP/business transformation initiative. This position will work closely with Change Management, Program, Deployment, and Business teams to support change impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, business enablement, analytics, and deployment activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting organizational change initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and exposure to ERP implementations or large-scale business transformations.
