Job summary

Pacvue is seeking a Client Engagement & Technical Solutioning leader to scope platform solutions for client challenges and enable full-funnel opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and agencies to drive high-value engagements and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.

In this role, you will collect client feedback, translate it into product requirements, support VOC reporting, and contribute to GTM enables with demos and ROI models.

Job description

Client Engagement & Technical Solutioning:

• Act as the technical face of Pacvue, scoping platform solutions for client challenges and supporting full-funnel opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, AM, CS, and agencies on high-value engagements and upsell/cross-sell.

Product Feedback & Roadmap Contribution:

• Collect and structure client feedback into actionable product requirements, collaborating with Product teams.
• Contribute to VOC reporting and EMEA alpha/beta programs to close the loop between clients and product.

GTM & Enablement Support:

• Support GTM initiatives and product launches across non-Amazon retail media, programmatic, and DSP.
• Develop demos, ROI models, and playbooks for internal teams, sharing competitive insights.
