Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Deep understanding of information systems and business processes.
• Expertise in requirements management, diagramming, and use case development.
• Strong vendor relationship and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
• Performs functional analysis, requirements definition, configuration and testing.
• Develops specifications, data mapping, function mapping, and configuration tables.
• Identifies and resolves gaps in business processes and requirements.
• Involved in security/authorization setup, user documentation, data interface design, and data migration.
• May install and tune modifications; light programming for workarounds.
• Handle confidential information and Production Support tickets.
