Qualifications

• Experience in persona development for IT support preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

• Also will assist with Voice of Customer execution, data analysis, communication and follow up to close items submitted by internal users.
• Assist with data collection and analysis, identify problem areas and recommend revising processes.
• Provide reporting, presentations, and assistance to supervisor.
• May include analysis and clearing of exceptions including follow-up communications if necessary.

• Looking for a data analyst to support our internal End User Experience organization.
• The goal of this organization is to improve technology experience for internal Client employees and ensure they have access to the right technology at the right time to accomplish their job responsibilities.
• This individual will specifically assist in Persona Development for internal users, metrics on the use of personas and campaign to promote utilization of the personas.
• Experience in persona development (internally for IT Support) preferred.
