Zusammenfassung

ITCON Services is seeking a Senior Business and Quality Analyst to lead software development and O&M contracts. You will guide teams through the SDLC, participate in sprint and release planning, and translate stakeholder needs into clear tasks for design and development teams.

You will work with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and promote process improvements following PMI and Agile frameworks.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field preferred.
10+ years in the Information Technology industry.
5-8 years of experience as a Business and Quality Analyst.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Strong experience gathering business requirements and functional details.
Ability to translate requirements into tasks for Design/Dev teams.
Expert level SDLC understanding.
Strong skills creating test plans, test cases, and end-to-end testing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Agile practitioner.
Hands-on experience with JIRA.
Experience with Figma.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Self-motivated and team oriented.
Able to multitask and drive multiple projects forward.
Experience in capturing requirements for reports and dashboards.
Experience in developing basic reports and dashboards.
Experience in writing SQL.
Experience in testing APIs.
Experience in Selenium scripting for automated testing.
Experience in Section 508 testing and VPAT.

Aufgaben

Lead and perform all aspects of software application development and/or O&M contracts.
Build and lead development teams, coordinate with analysts and developers.
Adhere to SDLC best practices, sprint and release planning, and quality assurance.
Understand customer needs and conduct business analysis.
Monitor development/execution and perform work-product acceptance.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and reporting.
Ensure project processes align with standards (PMI/Agile).
Provide guidance to project teams on process improvements.
Divide time between client site and ITCON office; work under minimal supervision.
