Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Business Quality Analyst to join our remote team. You will work with the development group to define requirements, create and execute test plans, and ensure changes are properly migrated to production.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs and cross-functional teams in an agile environment. With 6+ years in deposits testing (Silverlake/CIF 20/20) and a background in QA, you will contribute to functional, integration, and regression testing while refining backlog

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years’ experience using Silverlake or CIF 20/20 deposits.
Experience in QA, software testing, or related field.
Knowledge of deposit functions like ACH/wires.
Experience with Core Business Services and/or iAdapter Mapping processes.

Responsibilities

Define requirements with the development team, including scoping and testing enhancements.
Create and execute test plans and scripts for new products or enhancements.
Coordinate testing to ensure changes migrate correctly to production.
Schedule and perform functional, integration, and regression testing and report issues.
Review requirements, design, and scope documents for clarity.
Collaborate with SMEs and dev teams to refine test requirements.
Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning to prioritize work.
