  • 8+ years of experience in business and management support tasks.
  • Expert MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel with Pivot Tables, and MS Access.
  • Experience supporting DoD or federal agency business activities preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive business and management support aligned with PWS requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and analyze business metrics and program data.
  • Create reports, presentations, and briefings for executives and stakeholders.
  • Support development, review, and maintenance of project documentation (schedules, cost estimates, risk plans).
  • Coordinate across teams to monitor progress and resolve performance gaps.
  • Assist in implementation of management controls, budget tracking, and compliance monitoring.
  • Maintain records and systems for transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate meetings, develop agendas, capture actions, and track deliverables.
