What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the implementation of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards while managing workflow and stakeholder communication
• Assess, research, and respond to compliance inquiries, including developing remediation plans for compliance issues
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for inquiries and audits, familiarizing yourself with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Create and maintain accurate policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and clarity
• Assist with audit-related activities by prioritizing and providing necessary information to audit teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1+ years of direct experience with prior authorizations within a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM)
• Proficient in writing and editing complex documents such as research papers and training documents
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects under tight deadlines
• Experience in roles such as team lead, project lead, or project management
• Basic proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with organizational tools such as OneNote, Visio, SharePoint, Access, or MS Project
