Job summary
Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I for its Irvine, CA location to support the warranty system. You will collect and analyze business requirements, document processes, and collaborate with IT to improve system performance and usability.
You’ll work with stakeholders to translate needs into concrete documentation, assist in testing and deployment, and provide training and ongoing support. Familiarity with AI tools and cloud basics is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience documenting requirements and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze warranty system workflows to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with IT to translate requirements into documentation and test plans.
