About The Role

They're seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with all departments to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support their growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings experience in crypto, fintech, or high-growth startups and thrives in a fast paced, tech environment.

What you'll do:

  • Support the day-to-day intake, triage, and resolution of a wide variety of operations requests, contributing to a responsive and high-quality experience for all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to continuously improve how incoming requests are tracked, prioritized, and executed—ensuring process efficiency and consistency
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives such as device procurement, license management, vendor sourcing and vetting, system/tool implementations, and ad hoc purchases
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of internal documentation (for Ops) and external-facing guides and resources to support other teams in navigating Ops processes
  • Help identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues, and recommend improvements in coordination with the broader team
  • Work alongside teammates to implement a more strategic and standardized approach to how the Ops function handles requests and executes projects
  • Provide hands-on support in operational project work, ensuring deliverables are completed with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to stakeholder needs
  • Partner with other team members to track metrics and patterns in requests, helping inform process refinement and resource planning

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of business operations, strategy, or management consulting experience
  • Proven track record of scaling operations, especially in a startup environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience with operational tools like Notion, Monday, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Natural collaborator who can influence without authority
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain high standards while moving quickly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus
