Responsibilities

• Manage all program financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain program budgets, estimates at completion (EACs), and financial forecasts.
• Monitor program cost, funding, revenue, and profitability to ensure financial performance objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate with accounting, contracts, procurement, and program controls personnel.
• Lead financial audits and support compliance reviews.
