Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead a large-scale IT operations support program for the U.S. Department of State.

You will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and contractual accountability across a diverse portfolio of enterprise IT services, including service desk, networks, cloud operations, and cybersecurity. The role requires strong governance, executive communication, and the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and performance across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
12+ years of federal IT program management experience.
5+ years leading large enterprise IT operations and modernization.
Experience with DoS, DHS, DoD, IC or federal civilian agencies.
Proven experience managing programs with 75+ FTEs.
PMP or PgMP certification.
Active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible.

Responsibilities

Lead the ITOD support program for the Department of State.
Oversee service desk, network engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise apps.
Govern program budgets, staffing, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
Direct transition, steady-state operations, and continuous service improvement.
Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, FITARA, RMF and agency requirements.
Lead executive reporting, governance reviews, and performance assessments.
Drive modernization while maintaining operational continuity.
