Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in information technology development.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications, translating needs into system improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends in complex data sets.
• Supports operations by analyzing process issues and providing recommendations.
• Documents and organizes project and process documentation.
• Facilitates IT business and process analysis, metrics and budget tracking and reporting.
