Apploi is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead the financial operations in a skilled nursing setting. The role requires at least three years of SNF billing experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

You will oversee billing, AR, collections, and staff, while ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of patient financial data. You will coordinate with families, external agencies, and the home office to finalize Medicaid coverage and ensure timely payments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of skilled nursing billing experience.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Pay preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and privacy/confidentiality.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, and collections for the center.
• Supervise business office staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Input payer information accurately into the EHR system.
• Assist with Medicaid Pending applications and coordinate with residents/families and agencies.
• Maintain financial records, issue receipts, and deposit funds.
• Collaborate with home office billing team to ensure prompt claim payments.
