Job summary

Din Development Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Application Migration Analyst to serve as a primary liaison for modernization, cloud migration planning, and business process transformation on DoD missions. The role involves documenting current-state processes, identifying dependencies, and developing migration strategies with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work with government stakeholders, program leadership, technical teams, and subject matter experts to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years in business analysis, requirements development, or enterprise architecture.
Experience with DoD programs and government stakeholders is preferred.
Experience supporting application modernization or cloud migration initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements development and stakeholder interviews to document As-Is and To-Be processes.
Develop business, functional, information, and data requirements for enterprise applications.
Document architectures, data flows, dependencies, and integration points.
Create migration strategies, COAs, roadmaps, and project plans.
Support leadership with risk assessments, cost, and schedule analyses.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and customers.
Coordinate activities and report progress, issues, risks, and mitigations.
