Job summary
Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Application Migration Analyst to support modernization and cloud migration planning for DoD missions. You will partner with Government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to document current processes, identify gaps, and shape migration strategies.
The role requires strong business analysis, requirements development, and experience with application discovery, data flows, and integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in BA, process improvement, or enterprise architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery to document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) processes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to identify requirements.
- Develop migration strategies, COAs, and implementation plans for modernization.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
