Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in IT system functional analysis, with 8+ years in modernization or cloud projects.
- Proven ability to translate executive priorities into roadmaps and requirements.
- Experience with Agile processes and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and requirements.
- Define and validate functional requirements for complex IT systems.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product Strategy and Portfolio Governance teams.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for modernization initiatives.
- Lead or mentor analysts and guide teams through delivery lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and clients.
