Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 1 year of experience performing people management
• At least 1 year of experience performing project management

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in Capital One
• Owns strategic planning with a 1-6 month horizon and potential P&L accountability
• Mentors analysts and develops talent across the organization
• Develops and implements pricing strategies for lending products; leads product-level modeling/analytics
• Leads direct to consumer marketing efforts and informs go-to-market strategies
• Drives improvements in credit performance by linking drivers to historical data and testing hypotheses
• Oversees multiple projects and coordinates with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others
• Demonstrates strong executive communication and decision-making grounded in analytics
• Drives results with a focus on short and long-term goals
