Job summary

Knowesis is seeking a Senior Business Management Analyst in Arlington, VA with telework option to deliver programmatic and project management support for complex policies and directives. You will develop schedules, risk registers, and technical artifacts, while tracking deliverables and applying quantitative risk analyses to mitigate program risk.

You will work across teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and strategic directives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in project management, policy implementation, and risk analysis.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• Experience supporting federal advisory committees or national-level coordination bodies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and generate reference documents, strategic analyses, and operational planning tools.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, process flowcharts, risk registers, and related PM documentation.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and implement mitigation strategies for project risks using quantitative risk analysis techniques.
• Track, validate, and support the finalization of project deliverables and action items using systematic closure protocols.
• Design and update technical artifacts, including analytical reports, infographics, and workflow diagrams.

Position: Senior Business Management Analyst

Location: Arlington, VA and approved Telework

Clearance Required: Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI

Anticipated Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000

Knowesis is seeking five (5) Senior Business Management Analysts to deliver programmatic and project management expertise to facilitate the implementation of complex policies, strategic directives, and statutory mandates.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct comprehensive research and generate reference documents, strategic analyses, and operational planning tools.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, process flowcharts, risk registers, and related project management documentation.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and implement mitigation strategies for project risks using quantitative risk analysis techniques.
• Track, validate, and support the finalization of project deliverables and action items using systematic closure protocols.
• Design and update technical artifacts, including analytical reports, infographics, and workflow diagrams.
