Job summary

Knowesis is seeking a Public Relations Manager to develop strategic communication products, outreach materials, and executive messaging to support stakeholder engagement and council operations. The job duties include creating emails, memos, public messaging, graphic design, and social media content; coordinating with stakeholders and preparing materials; and managing inquiries.

Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic communications, public relations, or graphic design.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
• Experience or familiarity with federal advisory committees or executive leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a wide range of communication products, including emails, memos, public messaging, graphic design, and social media content.
• Create outreach materials, executive summaries, and externally facing products.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, solicit participation, and prepare materials.
• Manage designated mailboxes, acknowledge inquiries promptly, and maintain inquiry logs in accordance with policy.

Clearance Required: Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI

Status: Contingent Upon Award

Anticipated Salary Range: $120,000 – $135,000

Knowesis is seeking a Public Relations Manager to develop strategic communication products, outreach materials, and executive messaging to support stakeholder engagement and council operations.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop a wide range of communication products, including emails, memos, public messaging, graphic design, and social media content.
• Create outreach materials, executive summaries, and externally facing products.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, solicit participation, and prepare materials.
• Manage designated mailboxes, acknowledge inquiries promptly, and maintain inquiry logs in accordance with policy.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in strategic communications, public relations, or graphic design.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing communications for federal advisory committees or executive leadership.
