Job summary

Knowesis is seeking five Senior Business Management Analysts to deliver programmatic and project management expertise to facilitate the implementation of complex policies, directives, and statutory mandates. Arlington, VA with approved telework and onsite work environment, entails Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities include researching, drafting reference materials, maintaining schedules, managing risks, and producing analytics and workflow diagrams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in project management, policy implementation, and risk analysis.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, process flowcharts, risk registers, and related project management documentation.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and implement mitigation strategies for project risks using quantitative risk analysis techniques.
• Track, validate, and support the finalization of project deliverables and action items using systematic closure protocols.
• Design and update technical artifacts, including analytical reports, infographics, and workflow diagrams.

Anticipated Salary Range:$130,000-$160,000

Knowesis is seeking five (5) Senior Business Management Analysts to deliver programmatic and project management expertise to facilitate the implementation of complex policies, strategic directives, and statutory mandates.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct comprehensive research and generate reference documents, strategic analyses, and operational planning tools.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, process flowcharts, risk registers, and related project management documentation.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and implement mitigation strategies for project risks using quantitative risk analysis techniques.
• Track, validate, and support the finalization of project deliverables and action items using systematic closure protocols.
• Design and update technical artifacts, including analytical reports, infographics, and workflow diagrams.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting federal advisory committees or national-level coordination bodies.
