Job summary

Knowesis is seeking a Business Management Analyst II to support council governance, engagement planning, and policy research for effective critical infrastructure coordination for CISA. The role involves coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and performing data analysis to inform decision-making.

The position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and is contingent upon award, with an anticipated salary range of $105,000 to $125,000.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain charters, bylaws, membership structures, and procedural documents.
• Plan and support unclassified and classified meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and notetaking.
• Track and support closure of recommendations and action items using task management software and performance tracking dashboards.
• Conduct research on critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy, threats, and resilience.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of data by applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

Knowesis is seeking a Business Management Analyst to support council governance, engagement planning, and policy research to facilitate effective critical infrastructure coordination for CISA.

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop, update, and maintain charters, bylaws, membership structures, and procedural documents.
• Plan and support unclassified and classified meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and notetaking.
• Track and support closure of recommendations and action items using task management software and performance tracking dashboards.
• Conduct research on critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy, threats, and resilience.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of data by applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in policy research, governance support, or project coordination.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting CISA or other DHS agencies
