Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a Business Litigation Junior Associate to join its Los Angeles team hybridly. The position targets a motivated attorney with 1+ year of business litigation experience and strong advocacy skills.

JD from a top-tier law school and active California Bar are required. The role offers exposure to complex matters and opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Top-tier law school with excellent academic record and strong writing skills.
• Active California Bar in good standing.
• At least 1 year of substantive business litigation experience.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances is preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of independent and collaborative work.

Mansioni

• Manage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industries.
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
