Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skills.
• Active California Bar Admission in good standing, required.
• 1+ years of substantive business litigation experience.
• Stand up experience (including depositions) and trial experience strongly preferred.
• Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to work collaboratively and independently on high-exposure trial matters.
• Highly motivated with a strong commitment to client service and teamwork.
