Qualifications

• 7 years of litigation experience in commercial or business disputes.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Admission to the TX State Bar (Texas Bar).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Handle contracts, IP, international, cannabis, and business-tort disputes.
• Manage all phases of litigation: investigation, pleadings, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and international networks.
• Engage in business development and maintain strong client relationships.
