• Proven experience handling declaratory actions and related civil claims.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level legal advice and analysis in complex litigation matters.
• Offer strategic input on case development, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Advise on declaratory judgment actions in state and federal courts.
• Handle matters involving declaratory relief and draft pleadings.
• Support trial teams with legal research, dispositive motions, and evidence review.
• Maintain regular communication with clients about developments and risks.
• Mentor and collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality services.
