Ideal candidates have 7+ years of litigation experience, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and active Texas bar membership. You will handle declaratory judgment actions, advise on case strategy, draft pleadings, support trial teams, and maintain client relationships in high-stakes matters.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas bar license.
• 7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in business/commercial matters.
• Experience handling declaratory actions and related civil claims.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong strategic thinker with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
