• 7+ years of litigation experience, preferably with business/commercial matters
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience handling declaratory actions and related civil claims is preferred
• Labor & Employment experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level legal advice and analysis in complex litigation matters, particularly in business and commercial disputes
• Offer strategic input on case development, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Advise on declaratory judgment actions and defend such claims in state and federal courts
• Handle declaratory relief matters and develop litigation strategies based on court interpretations
• Support trial teams with legal research, dispositive motions, and evidence evaluation
• Provide second-chair trial support or oversee specific phases of litigation
• Maintain regular communication with clients on case developments and risks
• Mentor and collaborate with partners and contribute to firm knowledge and best practices
• Ensure actions align with ethical rules and procedural compliance
