The Delaware office of Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a national law firm with more than 250 attorneys, seeks a Business Litigation Associate to join the team.

You will work alongside experienced litigators on sophisticated business and civil matters, taking an active role in all phases of litigation and receiving mentorship while representing corporate clients in complex disputes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Admitted to practice in Delaware.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing discovery and e-discovery processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist with all phases of complex civil litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.
• Manage and coordinate discovery, including e-discovery.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic guidance and regular case updates.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys across offices and practice groups on complex litigation matters.
• Handle sophisticated and high exposure matters with professionalism and attention to detail.
