BCG Attorney Search is recruiting a mid-level Business Litigation Associate for its Scottsdale, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have over three years of recent business litigation experience and be licensed to practice in Arizona with strong writing and drafting skills.

The role involves reviewing facts, analyzing legal issues, and assisting lead attorneys in pre-trial matters, motions, depositions, and complex cases, with focus on independent case management and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
• Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules and practices.
• Clear and effective drafting and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Review fact patterns and provide accurate analysis and recommendations.
• Analyze legal issues effectively and accurately.
• Second chair complex cases or first chair simpler cases.
• Assist lead trial attorneys in pre-trial issues and proceedings.
• Prepare complex pre-trial motions and witness preparation.
• Take complex deposition testimony and manage motions for summary judgment.
