You will manage discovery, hearings, and client updates, working both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment. JD required; AZ bar in good standing; 0–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona in good standing.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in insurance defense, municipal litigation, and commercial litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to support litigation strategy.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and persuasive arguments.
• Prepare and respond to interrogatories, disclosures, depositions, and document production.
• Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials; assist in trial preparation.
• Communicate clearly with clients, agencies, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Provide updates and advise clients on legal rights and case strategy.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and facts to support strategic decisions.
