Responsibilities
- Review a fact pattern and analyze legal issues.
- Second chair a complex case or lead a simpler case.
- Assist lead trial attorneys in pre-trial matters and proceedings.
- Prepare complex pre-trial motions.
- Evaluate and implement pre-trial and witness preparation.
- Prepare motions for summary judgment.
- Take and prepare deponents; manage deposition testimony.
- Demonstrate breadth of experience across substantive areas of law.
