Job summary

BNY is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to transform data into actionable insights for senior leadership, client relationship teams, and MAS clients. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing internal and client-facing reporting, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience with PowerBI/Tableau, plus familiarity with SQL and data warehouses. Location options include Berwyn, PA or Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a business analyst environment.
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, business administration, or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Produce, maintain, and distribute recurring and ad hoc management information reports for MAS senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver polished, accurate, and timely client-facing reports in support of client servicing and relationship management activities.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new reports and reporting enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and execute reporting requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate reporting processes.
• Maintain reporting documentation, including report definitions, methodologies, data sources, and procedures.
