Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BI, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• Strong experience with Power BI and working knowledge of DAX.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Postgres, or SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and reporting solutions
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Build data transformations using dbt
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions in Power BI
• Work with cloud data warehouses and multiple enterprise data sources
• Support data pipelines, ELT processes, and data quality initiatives
• Troubleshoot issues across pipelines, models, queries, and reporting layers
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Support reporting and analytics projects around operational efficiency, on-time delivery, inbound analysis, KPI development, and more
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and enhance data products while critically evaluating and validating outputs
